Steve
August 2004 -
An abandoned kitten this time left on his own by his own mom. Beth found him howling in the barn at about only 4 weeks old. We tried to get his mom to take him back but she wasn't interested. He was part of a litter of 4 other cats and his mom was young herself.
It seems 5 kittens were too many for her so we kept Steve. We had to feed him with a kitten baby bottle for several weeks and teach him how to use the litter box. Thankfully, Norman rose to his role of caretaker again and did some of that modeling for Steve.
